If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Ben Sherman purchase, we are happy to provide a refund subject to the conditions outlined below.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer free returns on eligible items.
We do not offer exchanges. If your item is not suitable, please return for a refund and re-purchase.

Conditions for Refunds
We will happily provide a refund if:
- The goods are returned within 30 days.
- The goods are returned unworn, in a clean, saleable condition, in original packaging with original tags attached.
- An online return submission is completed via the Australia Post Returns Portal here
Note: If you wish to exchange a product for a different item (e.g., color or style), please request a refund and proceed to purchase the new item in a separate transaction.
Exclusions
We cannot provide a refund under the law if:
- The items are damaged, have been worn, or are not faulty.
- For hygiene reasons, hosiery and underwear cannot be returned for change of mind or incorrect size.
Shipping Fees:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Our change-of-mind returns policy is in addition to your rights under consumer laws. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method once we have received the return.

Important Information for Third-Party Purchases
For any Ben Sherman products purchased from third-party sites (e.g., The Iconic, Myer, David Jones, or independent retailers), exchanges or refunds must be processed directly with the place of purchase.

- Fill in your order ID and email address
- Print off your return label and take your return to your local post office
Processing Times:
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
New Zealand Customers
Customers will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to Ben Sherman.

We recommend using a tracked postage service as Ben Sherman will not be liable for any lost or undelivered parcels without proof of return and tracking detail.
Exchanges/ Refunds will be processed by our Team within 5 business days of your return being received by us. Ensure your return is sent as soon as practicable as we cannot guarantee selected exchanges will remain in stock.
